SDATT’s objectives to address legislative and regulatory measures affecting the securities industry; advance the local capital markets in keeping with international standards; improve and advise on securities and other instruments offered to the market; enhance ethical and professional standards; and establish itself as a self-regulatory organisation all require a significant amount of advocacy.
